This is an interesting week with Microsoft Update, the Xbox 360 with new look and some new ways to find, consume, and media content. The big story is the clause that prevents You from suing the company that Microsoft put into terms of service. Of course, You can’t select from a particular Treaty of bits, so there is a problem.

You cannot opt out of “not class action” Xbox 360 TOS update after all: Microsoft has clarified wording in this week’s Xbox 360 update to let you know there is no way to avoid losing the ability to sue the company or participating in a class action lawsuit. You can, however, give use your Xbox 360 if You want to.
